For more information, visit As our **IT Procurement Manager,** you own the day-to-day of how M-Files buys and renews its technology. You take operational ownership of hardware procurement and SaaS spend management, bring structure and discipline to vendor contracts and renewals, and partner with the IT leadership team to develop our procurement category strategy. This is a hands-on ownership role, not a coordinator role. You are the person the IT team and the wider business route procurement to, and the person who makes sure it gets done well — on time, on budget, and with the contract terms working in our favor. You will run vendor negotiations yourself, with senior leadership backing you on the high-value and complex deals while you build the experience to own more of them over time.
