Assist in the Problem Management lifecycle
Perform proactive analysis
Workaround management
Coordinate remediation plans
Maintain accurate and actionable KEDB entries
Ensure KEDB integration with Incident Management workflows
Monitor KEDB usage and effectiveness
Build dashboards and reports on problem trends
Provide insights on recurring incidents
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Problem Manager, Service Desk, Technology Command Centre, and technical teams; Communicate clearly during problem reviews
