What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completed degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or training with corresponding experience, Several years of experience in a PMO/Project Governance function within complex project landscapes, Very good knowledge in project administration, reporting and in dealing with project management tools, Ability to create, monitor and adjust work, project and budget plans as needed, Sound understanding of classic and agile project management methodologies, Confident handling of technical and commercial project data, Experience in IT implementation projects, especially for standard software (e.g. SAP), ideally in the environment of international organizations, Strong competence in documentation, transparency, communication and escalation handling, Confident communication in German and English in an international environment

Steering standardized reporting processes
Cross-project monitoring of budgets
Setup and methodical support of new IT projects
Active support of IT Delivery Management
Ensuring and developing PMO processes
Structured steering of project-wide communication
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with various IT units, project leads, and stakeholders; Active collaboration with central BT PMO; Collaboration within the IT Delivery Management Team
Communication Scope
Confident communication in German and English; Structured project-wide communication

Project management methodologies, Project planning, Project control, Risk management, Dependency management, Budget management, Resource planning, Reporting
