Giving them the security and the confidence to be curious, explore new worlds, start new businesses and live their lives. ## About the role As Platform Responsible for our Communication Composition and Distribution Platform, you ensure the platform provides stable, meaningful services to our business stakeholders and end customers. In this role, you will have a direct impact on the customer experience by developing and maintaining our Document Composition and Distribution platform providing value to business‑critical insurance systems. You will drive various initiatives and deliver a wide range of capabilities and customer communication outputs used across the business, ensuring consistent and high‑quality communication across multiple channels. You work closely as a Product Owner with key stakeholders and customer communication teams and coordinate the development, implementation and lifecycle management of the platform capabilities. Your work includes platform budgeting and road mapping, planning day-to-day activities and work prioritization, active customer collaboration, stakeholder and vendor management and collection of business needs. You will lead production support and operational work, including incident handling, problem management, and securing business continuity.
