Install and configure hardware
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks

Manage user accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and deliver timely assistance to resolve service requests. Evaluate and implement new technologies to continuously improve IT support processes. Maintain security and privacy of systems and networks, while documenting procedures, repairs, and resolutions.
