What They're Looking For.

Must Have

3+ years in IT operations or support, Mac support skills, comfortable with macOS troubleshooting, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager, Experience with Okta (or similar IdP) for user lifecycle management, SSO troubleshooting, and access provisioning, Self-directed and comfortable working independently, communication skills and a service-oriented mindset, Ability to work collaboratively across time zones with US and India-based teams

Nice to Have

Experience as the first or early IT hire in a region, Familiarity with GDPR and its implications for IT operations (data handling, device management, etc.), Network infrastructure experience (Meraki, Cisco, or similar) for office support, Experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR) tools like CrowdStrike
