IT Operations specialist Important Information Location: Singapore Job mode: Contract Job Summary: We’re hiring an IT Operations Specialist to manage and run our Data Centre operations team on a 24x7 basis. You’ll ensure facilities, IT infrastructure, and business applications remain operational, secure, and available to meet business needs. Responsibilities Monitor server and application health, system performance, and availability of IT services. Perform Level 1 troubleshooting and recovery for hardware, OS, and application incidents. Run and monitor batch jobs, backup jobs, and production job deployments and schedules. Support production job processing and ensure timely completion per schedule. Experience Ability to respond effectively to issues, complex enquiries, and complaints from project leaders, users, and management. Knowledge of Data Centre and critical services management. Understanding of IT security, fire safety, and workplace safety practices. Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, and applications.
