What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–6 years of progressive experience in IT support or IT operations roles, Proven experience administering identity and access management platforms (Okta or equivalent), Hands-on experience managing macOS and Windows endpoints using MDM platforms such as Jamf and Intune, Experience administering ITSM platforms (Freshservice or similar), understanding of user lifecycle management, Experience deploying and supporting VDI environments and end-user workstations, Scripting experience in Python, Bash, Solid understanding of cloud security fundamentals, MFA, device compliance, and endpoint protection, Ability to troubleshoot across SaaS, endpoint, identity, and network layers, Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
Nice to Have
supporting Kubernetes-based or containerized environments, Exposure to compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, Experience integrating SaaS platforms via APIs or automation tooling, Knowledge of office network topology, hardware, and physical infrastructure, Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up environments

What You’ll Do About the Team IT Operations at CoreWeave is responsible for delivering a secure, reliable, and scalable technology experience for employees across the company. The team partners closely with Security, Systems Engineering, People Ops, and Engineering to support the full employee lifecycle while continuously improving reliability, automation, and operational maturity. About the Role As an IT Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting and scaling CoreWeave’s internal IT environment. This role blends hands-on end-user and systems support with automation, platform ownership, and process improvement. You will work daily across identity, endpoints, SaaS platforms, and office infrastructure, while contributing to repeatable, scalable solutions that support a growing, distributed workforce. This role requires strong technical depth, sound operational judgment, and comfort operating in a fast-moving environment.
