What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, 2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, office IT, or a related field, Basic understanding of computer systems, networking, and common SaaS tools, communication and interpersonal skills, Organized, detail-oriented, and responsive, Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, Willingness to learn new systems and technologies
Nice to Have
Located near or able to commute conveniently to our Midtown Manhattan office, Experience supporting macOS environments, Familiarity with Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Zoom, or MDM tools, Previous experience supporting office operations or employee onboarding processes, Interest in cybersecurity, blockchain, or Web3
What You'll Do.
Provide day-to-day IT support for employees across hardware
and access-related issues
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding
including laptop setup
and equipment management
Troubleshoot basic network
and office technology issues
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on IT-related requests and maintenance
Help manage inventory of laptops
and office IT equipment
Support company tools and platforms such as Google Workspace
Assist with documenting IT processes
and internal procedures
Provide general operational support for office and cross-functional team needs when required
