Must Have
5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure support and management, Experience with regulatory frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, 1+ years of people management experience, Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management, Familiarity with SQL and database operations
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, Certifications such as ITIL Foundation or higher, CISM, CISSP, etc., 1-year experience with cloud services and technologies (AWS, MS Azure, GCP) and/or foundational cloud certification (AWS Cloud Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud Foundations)

Lead security and compliance initiatives
Manage compliance and security platforms
Drive business value through technology
Support compliance and audit readiness efforts
Provide expert technical support
Oversee deployment of cloud network resources
Protect technical ecosystem
Manage software deployments and security updates
Handle DNS administration
Implement and configure TCP/IP environments
Troubleshoot network problems
Practice servant leadership
Manage SaaS vendor relationships
Coordinate with Finance and Executive teams
Gain accurate bids from external resources
Watch current costs accrued
Own and optimize Google Workspace
Ensure documentation is maintained

Team & Collaboration
Serve as a key partner to leadership, engineering, compliance, and business teams; Collaborate with passionate colleagues in small, cross-functional teams; Coordinate with both the Finance and Executive teams
