What You'll Do.
Contribute to Qonto’s success by creating the best IT environment and experience for all employees
Focus on office network reliability for our new office
Combine a hands-on support role with the ownership of the network management
Involved in the new office network deployment and setup
Responsible for running the new office network day to day
Accountable for the network’s well-being: availability
Support Qonto employees by solving support requests (authentication
internal tools issues
Managing user accounts and their lifecycle (onboarding
external employees follow-up)
Diagnosing software and hardware issues on users’ devices
Maintaining a high level of security and confidentiality
First on-site contact in our main office (Paris) for network related issues
Provide support and commit to continuous improvement
Point of contact and own relationships with our coworking providers across our international offices
Drive the vendor for the network deployment and setup in the new Paris office
Accountable for the operation and maintenance of the network
focusing on reliability
and resolve network incidents
Run root-cause analysis
Drive continuous improvements (documentation
