**About us** As a Hi Tech Engineer, you serve as technical specialist to Target Team Members: providing one-on-one in-person, virtual, and remote support and education for hardware and software. **Job Responsibilities** * Provide a high-level of customer service to Target Team Members on a daily basis * Rapidly resolve hardware, software, educational, and environmental incidents and requests * Provide preventative maintenance to ensure hardware and software stability * Coordinate and collaborate with partner support teams to drive issue resolution * Adhere to and advocate for Target’s Information Security Policies and Best Practices * Drive continuous improvement with the development of new standards, best practices, and process improvements * Provide supervision/work direction to contract staff **About You** * BE or equivalent experience * 2-4 years relevant technical support experience * Proven troubleshooting ability with macOS and Windows 10 * Good knowledge on mobile devices such as Android OS, iOS, iPadOS * High-level written and verbal communication skills * Maintains technical knowledge within areas of expertise * Stays current with new and evolving technologies via formal training and self-directed education * Strong support-minded focus * Strong problem solving capabilities and analytical skills * Ability to build strong relationships with end users, understand their needs, and translate into technology solutions * Able to adapt in a rapidly changing environment; a fast learner, self-starter and highly passionate and motivated individual * Ability to multi-task * Comfort with ambiguity * Positive attitude * Familiarity with ITIL best practices ###
