The Role: We are hiring an IT Operations Engineer to support day-to-day IT operations, user lifecycle management, endpoint support, and asset management across a global environment. Role Responsibilities: Provide L1/L2 support for hardware, software, network, Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS issues. Manage onboarding, offboarding, device setup, access provisioning, and deprovisioning. Support endpoint management using Intune. Maintain IT asset inventory, device records, and service documentation. Own tickets end-to-end with clear updates and timely resolution. Follow IT processes, security practices, and access management guidelines. Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, replacements, and logistics.
