Principal Objective of Position: The IT Operations Administrator ensures reliable, efficient, and secure technology operations by delivering world-class support across systems, devices, and platforms for both domestic and international employees. This includes remotely troubleshooting tickets and problems both software and hardware related. This role drives operational excellence through the proactive use of modern IT tools (Okta, Jira, Google Workspace, MDM, and AI technologies) to manage the entire lifecycle of user accounts and their devices. The ideal candidate demonstrates a positive and curious attitude, supports employees worldwide with empathy and clear communication, and is committed to understanding their problems and removing friction so others can do their best work. This role is based in Pakistan and primarily supports remote employees to ensure coverage across time zones not supported by the US-based IT team, while also providing IT support for the local office. markets.
