As IT Operation and Infrastructure Manager is responsible for the Continental IT Services Management, IT Infrastructure, Distribution systems, Data Center, Server, Storage, Voice system, Backups system, Network and Cybersecurity for the plant in accordance to Continental Tire standards. * Provide technical leadership in the management and administration of IT Infrastructure in the plant. * Plans, manages, and executes project and project tasks assigned. * Ensures consistent and clear communication to key stakeholders * Prepares, reviews, and manages the budget and forecast of the IT cost center(s) * Prepares and manages IT capital spending plan in support of global systems implementations and local plant processing requirements. * Ensures IT assets are maintained according to Continental
