Must Have

Education in IT or a comparable qualification, 2–3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or similar roles, knowledge for analyzing and resolving user and system issues, Structured, solutions-oriented, and autonomous working style, technical and organizational skills, Service-minded, professional, and friendly attitude towards users, Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues, Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and prioritize in a customer-focused manner, Team player with experience working in international and multicultural environments, Fluent Mandarin and a good command of English, both spoken and written, Availability to work on site at the assigned location, A valid criminal record certificate (not older than 3 months) is required

What You'll Do.

Provide first- and second-level support to internal users

and resolve incidents and service requests

Log and manage tickets in the incident system following ITIL-based processes

and maintain workplace equipment (hardware and software) as well as mobile devices and peripherals

Perform standard software installations

and patching of business applications

and create knowledge base articles

Collaborate with product teams, development, and other business departments; Team player with experience working in international and multicultural environments; Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues; Fluent Mandarin and a good command of English, both spoken and written
