What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience, 1-2 years of work experience in an IT Systems Support, desktop support, help desk or similar role, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, Ability to effectively communicate and work with non-technical people on technical issues, work ethic, initiative, ability to work independently, ability to work in team environments, Attention to detail, good listening skills, Can follow complex instructions and pre-established guidelines
Nice to Have
Experience with Radiation Oncology Solutions, Proven skills in PC repair, troubleshooting, deployment, Remote desktop support applications, Troubleshooting printer and fax issues, Experience with data cabling and cable management, A+ or Microsoft certifications, Ability to manage multiple requests and issues, Operating System experience in the Win 10, Win 11, Mac OSX, Thin client OS, End user management in Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Citrix, SharePoint, Azure Virtual Desktop, Desktop applications, Office 365 applications, Knowledge of desktop, laptop, and mobile device operation, Working knowledge of medical terminology, Working knowledge of electronic medical records
What You'll Do.

Perform OS and application installations
Setup and configure desktops and laptops
Assist with inventory control
Respond to support request tickets
Update service work notes
Collaborate with staff and vendors
Provide updates to management
Manage service desk environment
Utilize remote monitoring software
Ensure security of configurations
Provide support for phones and A/V systems
Build IT knowledge base
Interact in cross-team capacity
Bring areas of concern to supervisor
Manage radiation oncology hardware
Manage urology hardware
Basic server hardware troubleshooting
Basic network troubleshooting
Administrate dooradge systems
Special assignments and projects
