3-5 years of experience in network operations, University degree in Computer Science, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Routing & switching knowledge, Firewall technologies knowledge, VPN knowledge, Network monitoring tools knowledge, Experience with enterprise network equipment, Good understanding of ITIL processes, Troubleshooting and analytical skills, Ability to work under pressure, Manage multiple priorities, Good communication skills in English

Join us and help drive the transformation of the automotive world * Provide 2nd level support for network-related incidents and service requests (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN) * Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from 1st level support within defined SLAs * Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability * Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions * Manage and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, access points) * Support configuration, installation, and upgrades of network infrastructure * Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors when required * Contribute to documentation (network diagrams, procedures, knowledge base) * Participate in IT projects (network expansion, security improvements, migrations) * Ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards * Provide on-call support if required ## Qualifications * University degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field * 3–5 years of experience in network operations or IT infrastructure support * Strong knowledge of: * TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing & switching * Firewall technologies and VPNs * Network monitoring tools * Experience with enterprise network equipment (e.g., Cisco) * Good understanding of ITIL processes (incident, Request, problem, change management) * Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities * Good com
