Job Type: Full-Time Job Location: Cedar Rapids Territory Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Access Systems is hiring an IT Network Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll work directly with business clients to implement and support IT systems, networks, and software solutions. You’ll be hands-on with a wide variety of client-facing projects—earn up to $65k/year based on experience. What You'll Be Doing: Install, configure, and implement servers, workstations, network devices, and software applications. Assist with project design and manage installations. Troubleshoot and support client environments both onsite and remotely, escalating advanced issues when needed. Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth and efficient completion of client work. Create and maintain documentation for systems and network configurations. What We're Looking For in an IT Network Implementation Specialist: Associate degree and 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination. Experience with standard software and hardware, including MS Office, Windows Server Operating systems, and common network devices. Strong dedication to customer service and excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with customers while being proactive. Familiarity with support and troubleshooting complex server/network environments. Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
