What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field, minimum of 5 years of relevant IT Technology experience, 3 years previous IT management experience, Proven experience in IT/infrastructure/cloud strategic planning and development, project management, policy development in a dynamic, fast paced environment, Exposure to systems design and development, business requirements analysis, day-to-day management, Network, operating systems, and IT architecture, cloud and virtual environments, Azure Cloud services and governance, cloud operations, security controls, service reliability, Garmin Private Cloud (GPC) operational models, platform services, lifecycle management, IT Security principles, IT business processes, management, budgeting, business office operations, Applicable laws and regulations as they relate to IT and cloud services, Methods and practices for the implementation, maintenance, and support of information systems, analysis, design configuration, support of complex IT and cloud systems, IT & Security Incident Management, coordination and management of production impacting incidents, problem management, design/deployment of irreversible corrective action, detail-oriented, ability to proactively meet required timelines, Ability to prioritize and multi-task, flexible, fast paced and changing environment, effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, ability to lead others through complex problem solving, personally engage in and drive solution design, Windows, Linux, cloud services, ITIL, Quality Standards, best practices, Management experience in Supply Chain industry, Cloud and/or web application development environments, enterprise business applications, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Warehouse Management, Manufacturing Execution systems, Agile Scrum Methodology, infrastructure and cloud transformation projects in Azure Cloud and hybrid private cloud environments, cloud financial management, capacity planning, operational automation in enterprise environment
