Must Have
3+ years in an IT role at a startup or small company, Demonstrated comfort operating as a team of one, Hands-on experience with the modern startup tech stack, Experience supporting a remote and distributed workforce alongside an onsite team, Direct experience as part of a SOC 2 Type 2 audit cycle, A service mindset, Comfort with ambiguity
Nice to Have
Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, Light scripting (Python, Bash, AppleScript) for automation of repetitive tasks, Prior exposure to a hardware, robotics, or consumer technology company
What You'll Do.
Own the day-to-day IT experience
Run the helpdesk function
Provide white-glove support
Manage the full hardware lifecycle
Maintain endpoint security
Own the administration
and account management
Partner with teams adopting new tools
Manage HRIS integrations
Own the company's SOC 2 Type 2 program
Build and maintain access controls
Handle confidential and sensitive information
Manage relationships with IT vendors
Partner with engineering
Partner with engineering and operations teams
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work directly with leadership, the People team, and partners across the business; Partner with teams adopting new tools; Manage HRIS integrations and the data flows that connect People, Finance, and IT systems; Partner with the team to ensure successful audits; Partner with engineering, operations, and the People team on company-wide initiatives; For issues touching partner-facing software or platforms, partner with the engineering and operations teams
