Must Have
Law degree from a reputable law school and qualification as a lawyer (or in the process of qualification) in France or in a common law jurisdiction., Minimum 3 years’ of relevant experience in IT and/or IP law, strong exposure to drafting and negotiating technology and commercial contracts, Excellent legal English (written and spoken), Solid knowledge of contract and commercial law, Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills, Ability to manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, international environment, Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Nice to Have
French is a plus, familiarity with GDPR and corporate matters is an advantage
What You'll Do.
Provide day‑to‑day legal support to internal stakeholders
in particular the IT Product Sourcing team based in Paris
on technology‑related contracting matters.
reviewing and negotiating a wide range of IT agreements
including software licence agreements
development and interface agreements
cloud services contracts (SaaS / PaaS / IaaS)
data licensing agreements
maintenance and support contracts
and related statements of work
in close collaboration with Procurement
IT and business teams.
Support the Head of Corporate on selected corporate and Group‑level legal matters
including compliance‑related topics and ad‑hoc legal projects.
Advise internal stakeholders on legal issues related to IT contracts
such as data protection and privacy
intellectual property
outsourcing and vendor risk.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
in close collaboration with Procurement, IT and business teams; collaborate effectively across teams
Communication Scope
Excellent legal English (written and spoken); French is a plus; Strong drafting, analytical and communication skills; ability to clearly advise non‑legal and senior stakeholders
Process & Methodology
Ability to manage priorities and deadlines
