Full Job Description

The Internal IT Support team is responsible for supporting employees with day-to-day IT operations, maintaining internal IT processes, and ensuring stable delivery of IT services across the organization. As an IT Knowledge Management Specialist, you will focus on organizing and maintaining the internal IT knowledge base and operational documentation. Your role will include keeping documentation accurate and structured, supporting alignment between operational practices and documented processes, and participating in IT audit activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple teams and processes. Challenges that await you: Maintain and update internal IT knowledge bases and operational documentation Prepare and structure policies, procedures, and process instructions Ensure operational documentation reflects current practices and requirements Support consistency and transparency of IT operational processes Participate in internal and external IT audits by collecting and preparing the required materials Coordinate documentation and audit-related requests across IT and adjacent teams Support standardization of documentation and knowledge management practices Identify gaps and inconsistencies in documentation and propose improvements What makes you a great fit: Experience with knowledge management, documentation coordination, IT operations, or related activities Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Confluence, Jira, or Airtable Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to structure information and maintain documentation quality Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks independently Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills B1 or higher English level for communication with an international team Your bonus skills: Experience supporting IT audits or documentation-related activities Understanding of IT operational or security processes Experience improving doc
