What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, At least 5yrs in IT Service Management or experience with knowledge or database management, attention to detail, documentation skills, ability to enforce governance standards, Good communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
ITIL v4 certification
What You'll Do.
Manage and maintain the Known Error Database (KEDB)
Ensure known errors are accurately documented
Monitor KEDB effectiveness and drive improvements
Enforce standards for KEDB taxonomy
Conduct periodic reviews to ensure entries remain current
Support audits and compliance checks
Track and report KEDB performance
Contribute to initiatives that enhance knowledge accessibility
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with Problem Analyst and Problem Manager; Provide guidance to Service Desk and technical teams
Communication Scope
Good communication and collaboration skills
