Must Have
Currently enrolled in accredited program in Computer Science, Computer & IS Security, Information Technology, Computer Systems Engineering, or similar, computer skills, proficiency with Excel and Word, Ability to work independently, take initiative, see projects through to completion
Nice to Have
A+ certified, Prior experience with Windows 10-11, Office 365, VMware, Windows Server
What You'll Do.
Assist with day-to-day IT functions
Assist with configuration of office equipment
Assist employees with computer network and communication system
IT onboarding for new hires
Respond to IT support tickets
Assist new employees with computer setup
Assist in IT coordination between offices
Perform other related duties as assigned
