What You'll Do.
assisting in all aspects of computer setup
deployment of new hardware and software for computers
IT support requests from users through IT Support Portal
or in-person requests
setup and maintenance protocols to ensure systems are secure and ready for users
maintain and troubleshoot devices and systems from both a hardware and software perspective
perform post-resolution follow-ups for IT support related tickets
provide input and help evaluate vendor supplied software and test software compatibility with existing hardware and programs
provide setup and support for mobile devices
including smartphones and tablets
