Full Job Description
**Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!** # Responsibilities: * Work in IT second level backend/server support and receive IT-relevant requests; * Independent operation, administration, further development and optimization of the existing server infrastructure; * Regular inspection and operation of monitoring and backup services to ensure smooth operation; * One of your main responsibilities is to report, evaluate, process and solve security vulnerabilities in the server infrastructure; * Process, document and solve IT user requests (faults, service requests and demand requests) by telephone, e-mail, ticket system or other defined communication channels in 2nd level IT operations. This activity includes processing of tickets in the server area (incidents, disruptions, changes, service requests), as well as automation of tasks through scripts (e.g. Powershell); * Provide support in the server infrastructure, including maintenance tasks such as creation and maintenance of operating manuals, emergency plans and documentation, as well as ensuring the inventory of assets; * Represent Corporate IT standards to users; * Supports the Information and Communication Technology functional stream leads; * Ensures compliance with legal (e.g. GDPR, works council) and Freudenberg internal (e.g. Freudenberg IT security) regulations together with functional stream lead. # Qualifications: * Successfully completed studies in the IT sector or comparable training; * Practical work experience as an IT technician in second level support; * Very good and up-to-date knowledge in the area of Microsoft server architecture (hardware, software, operating systems); * Good and current knowledge in the area of Microsoft technologies, especially Azure Cloud, Active Directory, EntraID, Terraform; * Independent way of working; * Professional communication skillls; * High service & customer orientation; * Very good English skills, additional German language skills are an advantage; * Effectiv
