What You'll Do.
Ensure Company users’ systems operate smoothly and in line with regulations
and solve problems with the requirements of users of personal computers
computer software and hardware
and network access issues
operate & support the operation of control systems (CCTVs
and troubleshooting for computers
and IT infrastructure
Provide end‑user support for the installation and configuration of computer hardware
Monitor and coordinate timely repair
and maintenance of PC equipment with third‑party vendors
operation and further development of the group-wide server landscape
Assist in conducting vulnerability scans
applying patches and supporting security audits
Regional Daily IT support for users
IT infrastructure testing before upgrades and migration
Creation and maintenance of systems documentation
Participation in group wide projects for the Asia Pacific zone
