3 years of past IT experience, very technical background, Competency and/or experience on several of below topics and technologies (or similar competing technologies), Network and network services, WAN / LAN / WiFi (TCP/IP, VPN, QoS, Cisco, wiring best practices), Telephony & audio/video conferencing (CUCM, Analog, VoIP, ToIP), Active Directory (DC, GPO), DHCP, DNS, SMTP, Datacenters (Cooling, Fire prevention, Racking), Server hardware (UPS, servers, SANs), Virtualization Hypervisor (HyperV), Server OS (Mainly Windows, but also some Linux), Backup & DRP, File and print servers (Microsoft), Remote Desktop Services (Servers, Thin Clients), Help Desk Knowledge (Processes, ITIL, Incident, Problem, SLA, …), Software deployment, inventory and asset management, Endpoint (Laptop, Desktop, Tablets, Thin Clients) hardware, Printing (copiers, multi function devices,. . . ), Firewall (Fortigate), Network access control (802.1x), Internal audit, Anti virus, Syslog, Splunk, Single sign-on solutions
Nice to Have
Competency and/or experience on the other topics is a plus, Oracle (SQL, DBA, RMAN, Performance, Oracle Enterprise Manager), Monitoring (Centreon / Nagios), Supplier management, Project management, Reporting and communication with internal customers, Skills on other IT infrastructure topics are also highly valued
