Full Job Description

These analysis, measurement and control products are essential for gas leak detection in air conditioning/refrigeration and automotive manufacturing. They are vital to equipment manufacturers and end-users in the complex fabrication of semiconductors and thin film coatings for optics, flat panel displays, solar cells and industrial vacuum coating applications. Other users of our vacuum-based processes include the life sciences, research, aerospace, packaging, heat treatment, laser cutting and many other industrial processes. We also leverage our expertise in vacuum technology to provide unique, toxic chemical analysis products for emergency response, security, and environmental health and safety. Essential Job Functions * Coordinates investigations to resolve information system issues * Conducts research to understand, explain and resolve technology issues * Communicates updates to users that have been or may be affected by a problem * Follows up with users after problems have been resolved * Utilizes help desk tracking software to present recommendations and improvements for user systems * Initiates onboarding procedures for new users into the system * Ensures response times are quick and effective to appropriately resolve requests * Coordinates referrals to technical, professional or service personnel depending on the repair, training, service or software issues Basic Job Skills * Trouble shooting skills * Ability to foster teamwork * Decision-making skills * Oral and written communication skills * Ability to identify and seek needed information/research skills * Technical expertise * Ability to positively communicate and collaborate with their customer base in all situations and cases * Industry experience performing essential job functi
