ABOUT THE JOB We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on IT Hardware Procurement Coordinator to manage our day-to-day hardware purchasing operations, warehouse inventory, and deployment readiness. In this role, you will be the backbone of our tactical hardware lifecycle, ensuring seamless inventory management and timely equipment preparation. By executing these critical daily operations, you will enable the IT Hardware Operations team to scale and focus on long-term strategic initiatives, including demand forecasting, vendor negotiations, and global procurement strategy. WHAT YOU’LL DO Daily Purchase Order Processing - Create and submit purchase orders from incoming IT support tickets (typically daily volume, need <24hr time to response) Warehouse Inventory Coordination - Coordinate with logistics team on warehouse stock levels, inventory counts, and system record accuracy; serve as procurement liaison for inventory management Deployment Preparation - Coordinate hardware pulls and staging from warehouse inventory for deployment to critical IT sites as requests come in Stock Replenishment - Monitor inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders to prevent stockouts of critical hardware Manage Procurement Queue - Review, categorize, respond to, and esca
