Technical knowledge of device administration, configuration, and break/fix for EUC and server hardware., Understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems., Microsoft Configuration Manager (endpoint deployment), Microsoft Intune & Autopilot (MDM), Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (security), Microsoft Entra ID (identity management), Application & policy management
What You'll Do.
Manage the full lifecycle of IT hardware – from purchasing and building to supporting and decommissioning.
Keep accurate records of IT assets and licenses.
Provide occasional onsite support for AV equipment.
Review and resolve tickets in line with Civica processes.
