Temporary Position. This position is based in Tel Aviv and requires working on-site 5 days per week. We are looking for a hands-on IT Field Technician to join our team. As an IT Field Technician at JFrog you will… Provide end-user technical support and manage core systems and day-to-day IT operations Handle everything from hardware setups to account troubleshooting, delivering best-in-class support Work closely with the global IT team to maintain high security and IT standards across the organization To be an IT Field Technician at JFrog you need… 1–2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role Knowledge of both Apple and Windows environments – experience with JAMF is a big plus Experience setting up and maintaining workstations and computer hardware Familiarity with Google Workspace and Okta (or similar identity management tools) Supporting video conferences with Zoom environment and Poly hardware. A hunger to learn and grow A service-oriented mindset and great people skills
