2+ years IT Service Desk or Field Services role, Office 365 experience, Active Directory Services experience, Basic networking understanding, Basic wiring configurations understanding, Manage and prioritize incidents, Manage and prioritize requests, Manage and prioritize tasks, Problem analysis skills, Problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

Freshservice experience, Salesforce experience, Microsoft Office 365 experience
