Join our team. _**Position Summary**_ This position will be responsible for setting up and maintaining systems and data configurations in regards to departments that utilize InfoGenesis and related/integrated platforms. This position will also be level 4 IT support for those platforms. _**Job Duties/Responsibilities**_ * Sets up and maintains Point of Sale System (Infogenesis) and configuration * Sets up and maintains Mobile Ordering (Agilysys OnDemand) * Sets up and maintains Label Printing (Date Code Genie) * Interfaces with corporate and field staff triaging system issues to achieve KPIs * Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create system solutions that support overall business strategies * Collaborates with outside vendors with System Upgrades, Implementations, etc. ** _Minimum Required Qualifications_** * Analysis and communication with technical and non-technical staff * Ability to consolidate complex information and communicate to various levels of the organization * Excellent organization skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications * Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment. * Must have experience supporting Windows OS devices and Windows Servers in an enterprise environment **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in related field **Years
