What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Completed vocational training as IT specialist (system integration), computer science degree or comparable qualification, Min. 3-5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations or IT administration, Good sense for IT security, Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics, Fluent German and very good English skills
Nice to Have
Practical knowledge in Linux, Practical knowledge in network administration
What You'll Do.
Administration of Windows and Linux systems
Ensuring stable networks
and workplace management
Second and third-level support
Solving technical problems for approx. 130 users
Documenting support cases in the group-wide ticket system
Participating in local and group-wide IT infrastructure projects
Supporting continuous improvement of IT processes
Implementing standards efficiently
Analyzing security incidents
Supporting protective measures
Contributing to patch management and information security
Monitoring relevant technological developments
and performant IT landscape

Working in a small, effective IT team; Contributing ideas and expertise to local and group-wide IT infrastructure projects; Active communication development
