Must Have
Experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD, Solid knowledge Kubernetes (deployments, services, ingress, troubleshooting), Experience with AWS (EKS, EC2, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, among others), Experience with Linux environments and command line, Knowledge of containers (Docker), Experience supporting development teams and resolving incidents, Ability to act in critical environments, including participation in war rooms
Nice to Have
Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation or similar), Knowledge of observability (logs, metrics and traces – Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.), Notions of SRE (SLIs, SLOs, error budget), Experience with security pipelines and cloud (IAM, secrets, best practices), Experience in high availability and mission-critical environments, Previous experience in regulated or financial environments
