The company is headquartered in Boston, with an R&D center in Tel Aviv. About the Role We are looking for a hands-on IT Engineer to own and scale Rhino’s internal IT operations. As Rhino’s first dedicated IT hire, you will play a key role in building and scaling the company’s internal IT operations and employee IT experience from the ground up. This is a high ownership role for someone who is comfortable operating independently, building processes where none exist, and supporting a fast-growing startup environment across Israel and the US. You will be responsible for day-to-day corporate IT operations across endpoint management, employee lifecycle management, SaaS administration, access management, device security, compliance operations, and internal IT support. This role reports directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and works closely with Security, Operations, and Engineering teams across the company.
