The role For our ambitious and growing team in the UK, we are looking for an IT Engineer, working in the IT team you will take a leading role in delivering world class support to all team members in the UK across a range of hardware and software. You will bring a positive, can do attitude and creative mindset to solving technical issues within the UK. After understanding the fast paced IT landscape you will grow to use your unique perspective and skills to solve any support requests that come through. What you’ll do Be the first point of contact for any support needs that arise including onboarding/offboarding, access requests & troubleshooting You will manage our Workplace and Warehouse Technologies and implement best practices, improving processes, and defining new service standards to deliver exceptional support.
