Full Job Description
About Hark Hark is an artificial intelligence company building advanced, personalized intelligence. One that is proactive, multimodal, and capable of interacting with the world through speech, text, vision, and persistent memory. We're pairing that intelligence with next-generation hardware to create a universal interface between humans and machines. While today's AI largely operates through chat boxes and decade-old devices, Hark is focused on what comes next: agentic systems that interact naturally with people and the real world. To get there, we're developing multimodal models and next-generation AI hardware together - designed from the ground up as a single, unified interface for a new era of intelligent systems. About the Role We're hiring an IT Engineer to own Hark's internal IT infrastructure end-to-end. That means device management, identity and access, onboarding/offboarding, and the day-to-day support that keeps the team running. You'll be the person who makes sure everything just works — and when it doesn't, you fix it fast. In this high-ownership, hands-on position, you will be responsible for building systems from the ground up, implementing automation where possible, and serving as the primary technical resource for the entire team. Responsibilities Own the full employee device lifecycle: provisioning, MDM enrollment (Kandji), configuration, and offboarding. Manage identity and access across Hark's SaaS stack (Okta/SSO, Google Workspace, and more). Build and maintain onboarding/offboarding workflows — automate wherever possible. Provide responsive, high-quality support to employees across hardware, software, and access issues. Maintain least-privilege access controls and contribute to Hark's security posture. Identify and eliminate repetitive manual work through scripting and automation. Requirements 2–5 years of IT experience in a startup or fast-moving tech environment. Hands-on experience with modern Mac fleet management (Kandji or Jamf). Familiarit
