Job Overview Engineer for IT systems and infrastructure at a junior team level Essential Functions • Assists in the installation, maintenance, and upgrades of internal and external computer hardware and software systems used for designing, developing and deploying company products. • Provides hands on management for troubleshooting and maintaining dev, test and production environments across a large number of multi-tenant clients. • Controls user access and passwords. • Proposes and implements system enhancements that will improve the reliability and performance of the system. • Monitors usage and performance. • Trains personnel on system usage. • Primary focus on supporting internal/direct environments for IQVIA Health SaaS applications.
