assist our global customers on IT-related challenges that relate to the effective deployment of the Genedata Biopharma Platform

and manage cloud-based deployments of Genedata products

Perform application administration and support for GxP applications and systems

Automate IT operations and provide technical support through efficient case handling

Administer and support GxP applications and systems in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)

including validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and periodic reviews

Lead and support validation projects at customer sites

Assist with IT QMS processes such as change control impact assessments
