Duties: Responsible for design, development, administration, and continuous improvement of our enterprise platform, ServiceNow; provide ServiceNow customization and configuration including scripting, workflow administration, workspace configuration, report setup, module configuration, data imports and third-part software integration; assist in development efforts that include (but are not limited to) custom portal pages, modules, API and software integrations, customized web pages, User interface policies and scripts; develop and design creative ServiceNow technical solutions to complex problems and provide detailed specifications for those proposed solutions; develop, test and implement Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs including advanced scripting of each, forms workflows, and custom Service Portal widgets; collaborate with application teams to design and implement data interfaces with other enterprise application systems; ensure proper operation and configuration of the platform through testing and validation; develop, test, and implement data integrations via API calls to various other technologies within our Platform environment; administration of the application, including but not limited to, installation/upgrading, configuration, operation, and maintenance; design and develop custom scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements; develop and document operational best practices for the platform; automate the process
