## Description Who You Are: You are a skilled and curious IT Developer Analyst. You will play a hands-on part in building, maintaining, and enhancing internal tools and data solutions that power our business operations. You enjoy solving complex problems, working with modern AI-powered toolsets, and collaborating across teams and working for a mission focused brand driving childhood nutrition excites you. The Task At Hand: The IT Developer Analyst will work at the intersection of application development, data engineering, and IT governance, helping the IT team at Once Upon a Farm deliver reliable software, streamlined automations, and well-documented processes. In This Role, You Will: Retool Application Development & Support Design, build, and maintain internal Retool applications to support business workflows and operations. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing Retool apps, ensuring high availability and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional application features. Develop and support additional automations and integrations that complement the Retool ecosystem. Requirements Gathering, Testing & Documentation Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and acceptance criteria. Perform SOX-compliant testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new and updated systems. Create and maintain thorough technical and user-facing documentation, including process flows, specifications, and test plans. Ensure change management procedures are followed, and audit trails are properly maintained. Microsoft Fabric & Data Engineering Support data engineering functions within Microsoft Fabric, including pipeline development, monitoring, and optimization. Assist with data integrations connecting Fabric to internal and third-party systems. Help build and maintain analytics solutions, dashboards, and reporting workflows.
