We received $515m in funding and are executing a multi-$B expansion plan for one of the greenest forms of tech manufacturing: converting greenhouse gas into diamond wafers using zero-emission energy. ## Responsibilities Monitor and maintain IT and infrastructure devices to ensure maximum system uptime. Provide comprehensive service desk support and collaborate with users for technology rollouts. Execute vulnerability remediation and manage a subset of software security tools. Develop and organize technical documentation for system procedures and workflows. Assist in sourcing and configuring hardware and software components from vendors. ## Requirements Associate’s degree in IT or 3+ years of experience in enterprise systems and networking, with advanced knowledge of ITSM tools and procedures. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Windows Server administration. Practical experience with Layer 1 networking and Google Workspace productivity tools. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish; German proficiency is a plus.
