What They're Looking For.
Must Have
US citizen, Active Top Secret/SCI clearance, Maintain Top Secret/SCI eligibility, Bachelor's degree or higher, Active DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level III certification, 10+ years of experience in IT/Cyber operations, 3 years in leadership or management capacity, Implement and enforce enterprise IT and security policies, Experience leading IT and cybersecurity teams, Align operational and security priorities, Working knowledge of compliance frameworks, Broad technical understanding of networking, Broad technical understanding of cloud infrastructure, Broad technical understanding of IAM, Broad technical understanding of endpoint security, Risk assessment and remediation experience, Experience managing budgets, Experience managing vendors, Experience managing technology lifecycles, Proficiency with ITSM tools, Proficiency with security monitoring tools
Nice to Have
Maintain eligibility up to the Top Secret/SCI level within 45 days of hire
