This role focuses on the management and support of laptops, mobile devices, conference room technology, and related client services. The ITCS Lead ensures seamless technology experiences for users, drives continuous improvement, and provides technical expertise to resolve complex issues. This position is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team and will be located in Bothell, WA.
