**At ING we are looking for an IT Chapter Lead Consumer Lending** **** **Your role and work environment:** As **Consumer****Lending****IT Chapter Lead** you´ll be responsible of the following products**:** **\- Current loans: preapproved, OnDemand, OnePay, Payroll in advance, etc.** **\- Fraud (Experian and Confirma)****** **\- Bureaus (Experian & Asnef) ** **** **Your key responsibilities:** **People development** : Lead a chapter and Develop a proud, top performing and diverse tech team, that every tech person wishes to join. Increase Team autonomy **Efficiency productivity** : Shorter time to market **Harness product end to end** : understanding products and looking for efficiencies in their behaivour and landscape rartionalization **Software Engineering** : Increase Modularity,Scalability & flexibility and Sustainable Tech.Delivery execution, providen best solutions and responding fast to users neededs, and IT risk compliance **Budget management** **Being your key stakeholder 's right hand** : aligning tech transformation with business evolution taking advantage of business needed to transfomate and innovate **Support in Production** : by analysis and fixing any bugs that occurs. Contribute to improve the technical discipline by collaborating with the cross technical chapter.
