As an IT Call Center Operator you will: * Respond to support requests via phone, email, or chat. * Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues, adhering to SLA. * Record, track, and monitor interactions in ServiceNow. * Manage the incident life cycle, including resolution and closure. * Assist with PC setup, reconfiguration, and maintenance. * Follow up on issues and maintain incident ownership. * Liaise between staff and IT for issue resolution. * Update documentation in SharePoint and the Knowledge Base. ## Qualifications What would make you a fit for the role: * At least 1 year of relevant work experience (including traineeships). * Strong IT knowledge, including Windows, Linux, macOS, and internet browsing. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office 2019/Microsoft 365). * Experience with remote work tools (VPN, Skype, Teams, Zoom, WebEx). * Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., HP Service Center). * B2+ proficiency in spoken and written English and French. * Being solutions-oriented, a team player, and a quick learner. * Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work well under pressure in international, multicultural environments.
