Must Have
6–10 years of experience in enterprise CAD and PLM environments, hands-on experience with Creo Parametric, hands-on experience with one or more MCAD tools, Experience working with Windchill PLM integrations, Ability to contribute to tools and integration strategies
Nice to Have
Experience with Creo Visualization and Publishing, Understanding CAD viewable generation and downstream consumption, Exposure to multi-CAD environments, Experience working in a global engineering organization, Familiarity with Windchill+ or SaaS-based PLM environments, Exposure to ECAD tools (Mentor Graphics, Altium, or AutoCAD Electrical)

Support and evolve enterprise CAD ecosystem
Ensure integration with Windchill PLM
Contribute to CAD publishing
Support CAD tool integration
Provide functional expertise across MCAD tools
Act as technical point of contact
Support standardization and best practices
Contribute to MBD standards
Create Model Based Definition CAD models
Support and govern CAD–PLM integrations
Support workspace usage
Ensure stable and supportable integrations
Assist with impact assessment
Support Creo Visualization and Publishing
Perform basic troubleshooting
Contribute to defining visualization standards
Contribute to defining enterprise CAD roadmap
Support tool usage strategy
Ensure alignment of CAD versions
Evaluate enhancements
Help establish standards
Identify recurring issues
Recommend preventive measures
Support continuous improvement initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Cross-functional collaboration; Work closely with Mechanical Engineering teams; Work closely with PLM operations; Work closely with IT teams; Engage with tool vendors; Engage with implementation partners; Participate in technical reviews; Participate in roadmap discussions
